Terms of Use
Effective June 9, 2026
These are the plain-language terms for using Dayli. Dayli is provided by Michael Moore (“we,” “us,” or “Dayli”). By using the app, you are entering an agreement with us and you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and calm, just like Dayli.
Using Dayli
Dayli is a personal app for understanding how you feel and resetting in a few calm minutes a day. It’s for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t misuse the app — including unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing others’ intellectual property, or interfering with its security (such as malware, probing, or scraping) — and don’t use it to harm others.
Our intellectual property
Dayli, including its software, design, branding, and content, belongs to Michael Moore. Using the app gives you a limited, personal right to use it — it doesn’t transfer any ownership to you, and you may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.
Dayli is not medical or crisis care
Dayli offers calm encouragement and reflection — it is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you are struggling or in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local helpline. Dayli is not a substitute for emergency help.
Talking with the Dayli companion
When you chat with Dayli, replies are generated by AI. They’re meant to be supportive and gentle, but they can be imperfect or wrong. Please use your own judgment and don’t rely on them for important decisions.
Dayli Plus & subscriptions
Everything essential in Dayli is always free. Dayli Plus is an optional subscription that opens a little more depth.
Payments for Dayli Plus are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects the details needed to take payment — Dayli never sees or stores your card details. Use of Stripe's payment services is also subject to the Stripe Services Agreement.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, and pricing and renewal terms are shown on the checkout screen before you buy. Dayli never sees or stores your payment details. For details on refunds, see our .
Suspension & ending access
We may suspend or end your access to Dayli if you materially breach these terms, don’t pay for a subscription, or create a security or fraud risk — for example through repeated or serious misuse. Where it’s reasonable to do so, we’ll let you know.
Your data
Your moods, journey, and reflections stay on your device. See our for the full details of how your information is handled.
No guarantees
Dayli is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it calm and reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we’re not liable for outcomes from using the app, to the extent allowed by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the effective date above. Continuing to use Dayli means you accept the current terms.
